BACON EGG AND AVOCADO SANDWICH

For the love of bacon!

If you love the bacon and the avocados then this is it. Make and enjoy it. 

Serves 1

Time: 10 minutes (preparing bacon+egg)

2 toasted bread slices

3-4 rashers of bacon (cooked )

3-4 slices of avocados

A few leaves of rocket/lettuce

2 slices tomatoes

1 fried egg

1 cheese slice 

Salt and pepper

1 tbs mayonnaise

1/2 tbs butter

Method

To assemble the sandwich, butter one side of the toast and the other with mayonnaise.

Arrange the rocket leaves, then the bacon.Top it with the tomato slices and fried egg. Season the egg with pepper and salt. Add the cheese slice on the top and cover it with other toast. 

Press the sandwich down ad cut in half. Serve the sandwich with potato crisp.
