A simple and easy breakfast for the family. It is best when baked in individual ramekins.
Serves 4
Time: 30-35 minutes
8 eggs
8 tbs cream
Bacon rashers fried
2 tsp oregano/finely chopped dill
salt and pepper
4 Tbs butter
3-4 tbs grated parmesan cheese
Method
Butter the ramekins, then crack 2 eggs in each. Spoon 2 tbs of cream on them with the dill or oregano and salt and pepper.
Bake it in the oven till the egg whites are set.
In another pan cook the bacon and garnish it on the eggs wit the parmesan cheese.
Serve the baked eggs with the buttered toasts on the side.
