PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA AND GRAPES SMOOTHIE

Peanut butter lovers would really love this. I don't mind having this smoothie as a dessert. Try it.
Great after a workout!



Serves 2
Time: 30-60 seconds


1 banana
1 cup red grapes
1 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs yoghurt
1/2 cup water
5-8 ice cubes 


CHOP, CHUCK AND BLEND
