CABBAGE, CARROTS AND POTATO FRY


CABBAGE,CARROTS AND POTATO FRY






Serves 4
Time: 30 minutes



1 head cabbage shredded
2 medium onions thinly sliced
2 big or 5 small tomatoes sliced or chopped
3 potatoes quartered
1 medium carrot halved and sliced 
3 tbs oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 to 2 green chillies chopped

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and brown them slightly. To this add the garlic and potatoes and carrots. Saute them till they are a bit cooked. 
  • Add the cabbage and chopped tomatoes with salt, green chillies. Cover and cook on medium heat.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked so is the cabbage. (by this time the cabbage should a have a slight bite to it)
