MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER
Serves 4
Time: 35 to 50 minutes
6 to 8 boneless chicken thighs
6 garlic cloves grated
zest of 1 lemon
3 to 4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs fresh thyme or dry
1 tbs oregano or marjoram
salt & pepper
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tsp sumac ( optional)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients , except the chicken thighs first.
- Add the chicken to the marinade. Rub it well with your fingers so that the spices lock inside the meat. Set aside for 30 to 60 minutes.
- You can either grill the chicken on gas top, broil in the oven or BBQ on coals.
