VANILLA ICE CREAM SERVED ON FRUIT CAKE WITH 

CHOCOLATE MAGIC SAUCE

Serves 2

Time: 10- 15 minutes

2 -3  slices of fruit cake or any cake will do

2 - 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Some confetti

2 cherries for garnishing

Magic Chocolat sauce

1/2 cup milk chocolate 

1 tbs coconut oil

Method

Arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dessert bowl. Place the ice cream scoop on it. Pour the chocolate sauce on top, sprinkle some colourful confetti and decorate it with a cherry on top.

For the magic sauce, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave then mix the coconut oil. mix it properly and use it on any cold desserts either cakes , ice creams etc.
