VANILLA MUG CAKE
Mug cakes are easy to bake. They take about a minute or so in the microwave. I made this vanilla mug cake for my husband. Serve it with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Bake them in cute mugs and also frost them if making for a big gathering. Or, have it as a midnight sweet craving.

5 tbs plain flour
3 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbs melted butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk

Method
Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Mix them together and pour into a mug.
Cook for one to one and half minutes, until toothpick comes clear in the microwave.
Serve it as it or top it with any toppings from chocolate sauce, creams, ice cream.
