HOT BEEF CHILLI



HOT BEEF CHILLI



Serves 4
Cooking and preparing time: 40 minutes



500 grams beef mince
1 can 400grams  red kidney beans
1 big onion chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbs paprika
Cayenne according to your taste
1 can 400 grams chopped tomatoes
1 tbs oil
1 cup beef stock
Pepper and salt


Method

  • Fry the onions and garlic  in oil till slightly browned. 
  • Add the beef mince and brown it. To this add the tomatoes and rest of the ingredients.  
  • Cook on medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes  till the chilli has turned in beautiful red colour . 
Serve the chilli with corn bread or on a bed of hot rice with avocados, sour cream on side.
