500 grams beef mince
1 can 400grams red kidney beans
1 big onion chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbs paprika
Cayenne according to your taste
1 can 400 grams chopped tomatoes
1 tbs oil
1 cup beef stock
Pepper and salt

Method
- Fry the onions and garlic in oil till slightly browned.
- Add the beef mince and brown it. To this add the tomatoes and rest of the ingredients.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes till the chilli has turned in beautiful red colour .
