YOGURT (DAHI) CHUTNEY/SAUCE



Serves 1 cup
Time : 5-8 minutes

1 cup yoghurt
2 tbs mint leaves
2 tbs coriander leaves
1 tbs lemon juice
1-2 green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2-4 garlic cloves
salt


Method



Blend the above ingredients in a blender and adjust the seasoning.  This sauce/chutney can be stored in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. 

TIP:  I usually use the leftover of this sauce to marinate the chicken or fish.
