A middle eastern blend of spices to rub on meat or chicken.
Makes about 1/2 cup
Time: 10 minutes
2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1-star anise
5-6 cardamoms
4-5 cloves
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 1 inch cinnamon sticks
Method
Tip all the spices in a Nutri bullet or a coffee grinder and process it till fine powder. Store in airtight container.
When you want to use it, just mix it with olive oil and massage into the meat.
