A quick recipe for the chicken wings. The ingredients in this recipe bring a lot of flavours. You actually do not need to marinate for very long. ( you can if you want to). Cook these wings in the oven, on the grill or under the broiler. This recipe can be served for appetiser or bitings with drinks. Green sauce or Aji Verde, tamarind sauce goes well this.
Serves 6-8
Time: 35-40 minutes
2 kg chicken wings cut in halves and tips discarded
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs coriander powder
Salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic minced
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs finely chopped coriander
Method
Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and massage the wings in it. Let it sit for 10 minutes then cook as you would prefer. I BBQued on the charcoals.
